There are certain parts in the world where it is very poor. They call these places the slums because it is so poor and crowded. This place is so dirty and contaminated with bacteria that it is a very hard environment to live threw. There is trash everywhere, but the main problems are that the slums have no medical care, very little money as a result of small living places which is a result of over-crowding.
The slums have no money what so ever the government gives them the money but very little of it. They live on only about 2$ a day and don’t do well with the economy, so the effect of this is that the people who live there don’t buy as much things as other people. They don’t even have enough money to buy food for the family. The things they use for health have been used already by other people. Or probably don’t even work so it might even infect them a lot more.

The medical care is horrible the people probably have a strong immune system but still get sick and later on in their life they also might die. There is a lot of pollution in the slums due to the city that they might live next to or close by with and the people of the slums are not cleaning it or caring for it. There is so much pollution in the slums it's hard to live in it. This also affects the
Population because too many people may be dying and not enough being born.
The population is so uncontrollable. According to the United Nations, one billion people worldwide live in slums and 55% of the population of Mumbai live in slums, which cover only 6% of the city’s land. Nobody really knows the exact population of the slums because it constantly changes. The population is almost the same as the death rate which will almost even it out but it will still be trouble. The government wants to use the land to benefit for them not for anyone else like the people who live in the slum, and not help the people who live there. They just want to clean it up and kick the people out while they clean it and use it for their own good, and slums also negatively affect the world population by the people dying or being born.The world is negatively affected due to major slums all over the world. The Human populations is constantly changing negatively affected by slums because slums will increase in population over the upcoming years, and this will also affect people who live close by, an in slums, the government does not care for the people who live there. The health problems for these people are so harsh, that a lot of the people get sick due to the environment. Slums are increasing at an uncontrollable rate, and that the population will suddenly increase in one certain period of time. But the slums have to deal that there is trash everywhere, but the main problems are that the slums have no medical care, very little money as a result of small living places which is a result of over-crowding.
